Publication History
First appeared in 1986 in NAGRAJ (GENL-0014). Created by Raj Kumar Gupta and Manoj Gupta. The issue was written by Parshuram Sharma and illustrated by Pratap Mullick. This comic featured Nagraj and one of his most dreaded foes Nagmani and long time ally Baba Gorakhnath.
Origin Story
Born in the kingdom of Takshaknagar, the child of King Takshakraj and Queen Lalita was believed dead and cast into a river after a sinister plot. Rescued by mystical serpents, he later fell into the hands of Professor Nagmani, who turned him into a weapon. Freed by Baba Gorakhnath, Nagraj broke his chains and chose the path of righteousness, using his serpent powers to fight crime and protect humanity.
